1.Spur der Steine/Traces of Stones
(1966/133'/B&W/Comedy/Drama/Romance)

Hannes Balla is the foreman of a group of building construction workers at the large construction site "Schkona" in the GDR. They spend most of their time working hard and drinking harder - to some they are fun, to some they are a public nuisance. Things get more complicated when the good-looking Kati Klee is employed as a young technician, and the ambitious new Party Secretary, Werner Horrath, aims to boost work efficiency and downsize Balla's ego. Kati slowly warms up to Werner, but is also attracted to Balla's nonconformity. A contemporary movie about work, love, and everything in between.
While at first the film was broadly advertised in East-Germany and drew great anticipation, opposition within the Ministry of Culture (Ministerium für Kultur) grew shortly before its planned release. Posters and other advertisements were removed without further ado, and the conservative newspaper Neues Deutschland was the only one allowed to publish a review. The film's premiere (the show was sold out and Frank Bayer and the main cast were present) was disrupted by audience members shouting denounciations during the screening. The same was true for most of the screenings in Berlin and other cities. It is believed that these protests were secretly organized by the Ministry of Culture, as they resulted in the film disappearing from theaters within three days. "Spur der Steine" was classified as hostile to the party (the SED) and to East-Germany as a whole and was not screened again until October 1989.

2.Heisser Sommer/Hot Summer

In this East German teen musical, a group of girls are planning to take their summer vacation together on the Baltic coast. When a loud and obnoxious group of boys intrudes on their holiday, the girls are horrified to learn that the boys have the same vacations plans as them. The two groups quarrel with each other and compete over a number of things, but gradually an attraction starts to form.

Paul and Paula have had bad experiences with love: Paul is financially well off but has lost all affection for his wife, and Paula leads a troublesome life raising two children on her own. They meet and discover a strong passion for each other. Life seems like a dream when they're together - but their short flights from the burdens of reality are once and again interrupted by Paul's ties to family and career.
While the politically controversial film stayed in East-German cinemas for just a few weeks, it managed to attract over three million viewers. Alltogether it is the most-viewed general audience DEFA Film of all time.

4.Hostess/Dragoman

Johannes proposes marriage to Jette in such an uncharming manner that she is scared off. One word follows the other and instead of falling into each others arms each says what they have been thinking for a long time. Jette used to think that Johannes’ spleen for cars including his white-blue, tuned race Trabbi was cute. But now she only sees the egoist who willingly takes bribe at his work as a car mechanic. Jette takes off to her friend and colleague Conny. They both work as hostesses in the television tower in Berlin. Even though they used to share the apartment, Jette’s visit does not come at a convenient time. Conny is expecting her new boyfriend Geert. So Jette goes to her brother Karl and his wife but this is not the ideal lodging either. Furniture, ornament wallpaper and a calorie chart above the kitchen table – the modern apartment reflects the deadlock of their marriage. Jette suddenly looks at her surroundings with different eyes. She spends much time thinking about her relationship to Johannes. But she seems open to a flirt with her old love Peter.

5.Solo Sunny
(1980/100'/color/Drama/Music/Comedy/Romance)

Sunny is the singer of band trying to establish itself in the music-scene of East-Berlin. They play regular gigs in small towns, but Sunny feels out of touch with the audience and her life as a whole. She begins a relationship with the amateur saxophonist and studied philosopher Ralph who writes her a very personal song - but his obsession with death and unfaithful lifestyle is not for her. After getting into a quarrel with a band member who harasses her and telling off a show-host she is thrown out of the band. Abandoned, she struggles to regain control over her life.

First, many thanks for such rare films!
Second, please could anybody help me get English or Russian subtitles for "Die Legende von Paul und Paula". It seems they do not exist in the internet.
I am looking for them for a long time.
I only could find the film with hardsubbed English ones.
Subrip can not get them.
